Voluntary offseason workouts for the Indian Track program will begin next week, November 15th, after school for athletes who are not currently involved in another sport. Workouts will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and will involve offseason weight training as well as acceleration workouts, speed workouts, and speed endurance workouts on the track.

Regular track workouts will begin on January 9th – but don’t miss this chance to get to work early to prepare for the season.
