The Santa Fe Athletic Training Department will be organizing on-campus physicals for the 2017-2018 school year on April 25th and 26th.
Physicals will be conducted on the Santa Fe High School campus on April 25 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm.
Physicals will again be help on April 26, but this time on the Santa Fe Junior High Campus, from 2:00pm until 5:00 pm.
The cost for the physicals is $25.
Students can obtain the 2017-2018 SFISD Physical Paperwork from the Athletic Training Department or from their coaches. The paperwork can also be printed by clicking on the link below:
